Tax-Up is a web-based platform, tailor-made to the client. The client requested to create a new version for an existing platform and make it more innovative and intuitive. Throughout the process I stayed in contact with the client to ensure that what he’s getting is what he needs and that there are no surprises along the way.

The platform’s primary use is to allow an easy way for the company’s agents to manage the clients tax accounts. In addition, the manager can now have a better overview of his clients activities as well as the agent performance.

In the end the client seemed very happy with the end result and was excited to start using it from the moment we were ready for deployment.
